Crossroads Community Association has space available! Our hall is the perfect venue for your next gathering, whether it be a meeting, birthday party, or community event.

Conveniently located just off Deerfoot Trail and the TransCanada Highway, our hall is easily accessible by public transit and offers ample parking for your guests. Contact us for more information!

HALL RENTALS

MAIN HALL

The Main Hall can accommodate 150 for table seating, 250 for theatre seating. It has kitchen access, a bar space, two large coolers and warming drawers. There is also a stage, large screen and some audio/visual equipment available for rent.

Hourly Rates:

  • Monday Through Thursdays $100/hr, minimum 2hr rental

  • Saturday $150/hr, minimum 2hr rental

Saturday Rates:

  • 8:30AM to 4:30PM $450

  • 5:00PM to 1:00 AM $650

  • 8:30AM to 1:00AM $900

MULTI PURPOSE ROOM

The MPR is perfect for smaller gatherings of 50 people seated at tables or 70 theatre seating or as an additional space for the Main hall rental. Please note there is no access to kitchen facilities.

Hourly Rates:

  • Monday Through Thursdays $50/hr, minimum 2hr rental

  • Saturday $75/hr, minimum 3hr rental

Saturday Rates:

  • 8:30AM to 1:00AM $300

UPPER HALL

The Upper Hall is perfect for kid’s birthday parties and small family gatherings. It can seat 50 at tables, 75 theatre seating. There is a small kitchen, cooler and warming drawers available.

Hourly Rates:

  • Monday Through Thursdays $70/hr, minimum 2hr rental

  • Saturday $100/hr, minimum 3hr rental

Saturday Rates:

  • 8:30AM to 4:30PM $300

  • 5:00PM to 1:00 AM $400

  • 8:30AM to 1:00AM $500
